Certain types of items cannot be returned such as custom products (such as special orders or personalised items). 

• For to hygiene reasons, personal care items such as brushes, combs, and scalp massagers cannot be returned unless they are unused, and in their original, unopened packaging.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
